Thank you for joining the Vault Socials affiliate program. As an affiliate, you’ll earn $12 USD per referral for each person who signs up for a Vault Socials membership using your unique referral link. This is a recurring commission, meaning you'll receive $12 USD every month your referral maintains an active, paid membership.
To maintain our generous affiliate program, please review and agree to the following terms:
Vault Socials Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Active Membership Requirement
- You must maintain an active, paid Vault Socials membership to participate in the affiliate program and to receive any affiliate commissions.
- Commissions are only payable if you are a paid member at the time a payment becomes due.
- Payment becomes due 45 days after reaching the $120 USD payout threshold,. This delay accounts for potential chargebacks, refunds, and fraudulent payments.
- If you are not an active, paying member at the time a payment is due, commissions will not be processed.
2. Payment Details
- Affiliate commissions are paid via PayPal once your total earnings reach a minimum of $120 USD.
- Payments are issued 45 days after reaching the threshold, pending verification of valid transactions and membership status.
- Your Vault Socials membership must be active and in good standing before payment is processed. If your account is overdue or your membership has lapsed, any affiliate payments will be withheld until your membership is brought up to date.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your PayPal account is active and capable of receiving funds.
3. Account Inactivity & Forfeiture of Earnings
- If the $120 USD payout threshold is not met within 365 days of signing up as an affiliate, any unpaid commissions will be forfeited, and your affiliate account will be deactivated.
- If your Vault Socials membership is inactive for 6 consecutive months, all pending affiliate earnings will be forfeited, regardless of your balance or activity level.
- Commission payments will only be evaluated when a payment is flagged as due. Vault Socials does not monitor your account proactively for eligibility — it is your responsibility to maintain your membership and stay informed.
4. Disclaimers
- Vault Socials reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions if affiliate activity is deemed fraudulent, deceptive, or violates the terms & conditions.
- Exceptions to any payment condition, such as receiving payment while not an active member, must be pre-approved in writing by Vault Socials. No verbal agreements or assumptions will be honored.
- These terms are subject to change at Vault Socials’ discretion, with or without notice. Continued participation in the program constitutes your acceptance of any updated terms.
